Please allow 24-48 hours upon receipt of your order confirmation for your order to be processed. Once processed, your order will be forwarded to our carrier for shipment. 

Neutral-T Apparel designs and produces your order locally. Depending on your selected shipping address, your order will be shipped from Canada, US, or UK using USPS, DHL, or UPS.

Our goal is to avoid mass production, reduce waste, provide free (or low cost) shipping, and maintain an ethical and environmentally friendly business. To fulfill this promise, we ship your items with minimal packaging and printed materials from our local business partners. 

In order to provide you with the best service, we currently offer FREE SHIPPING to orders delivered to Canada, US, UK, NZ and, AUS only. We will include free shipping for international orders in the near future. 

For International Orders: we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50. The cost of shipping your package will be determined by the pre-tax, post-discount value of your order. All shipping details are in business days.
